Charisse Duncan is a multidisciplinary artist from Hagerstown, Maryland. She relocated to Los Angeles in 2016 to pursue a career in art. Charisse uses watercolor, oil, acrylic, colored pencils, and ink in her work. Watercolor is the primary medium for her paintings. Her work focuses on her experiences as a Queer, Black woman, pop culture, self-love, and healing. Charisse is the founder of Queers Who Create, which is a community-based art space for Queer, femme creatives and centers introverted, neurodivergent, and QTBIPOC folks. Charisse is a devoted cat mom, nature lover, and music enthusiast. She also expresses her creativity through dance, modeling, and photography.
